Pls help ,think graphic card got problem

Hi my 6 year old computer screen keep turning to white with pale black line after using for a while recently, after restart can use again but once a while problem reappear, think is graphic card problem, graphic card driver up to date except motherboard never update before. can recommend a cheap graphic card compatible for my motherboard. only use for surfing web.

Upgrade computer and next time buy one with built in hdmi as backup
