I have a 4 years old Fujit SH530 with a 3rd party battery that stops charging around 62%. Already try drain out battery before charging aw well as un-install APCI battery in device manager but still no go. Initially this battery can charge to 100% without issue.

Any suggestion to force charge to 100%?

4 yr old battery? probably wear and tear.

if the battery is new, then the laptop charging parts may malfunctioned.

It is a battery fault. Not motherboard issue. Just change a new battery will do. :)

It's a third party battery, probably cheap and China made.
