Only f&b and hotel industry that charges service charge as well exempt from showing gst-included price. If they dont charge service charge, have to show gst-included price eg. Fast food restaurants, and hawler centre etc

Yup. If any retail stores don't display inclusive of GST, complain! No complain, no improvement.

Actually long time ago I almost kena at SLS almost 10 years ago. 1st floor looking at Mp3 player, think it was Cowon then was about to pay then suddenly sales guy chut stunt say must pay gst as well. I just walk away from the shop. Can hear that sales guy kpkb at me say he need to earn money smh.

Before this thread, got 3 or 4 more of my thread on newstead mysteriously deleted. No infraction nothing.
Delete, i just remake. 3rd or 4th time then the mod give up.

All prices must be inclusive of gst. Its the law.

Reminder again. If sales person quote you without GST, then when comes to payment add GST, this is not allowed!! Know your consumer rights. Report to IRAS if you encounter such practices.
