WP loses the battle by not coorperating with the rest of the opposition. The antagonist with NSP destroyed NSP yet do nothing good to themselves. In insisting to campaign in marine parade and McPherson, it stretched itself too thin.

WP has no business too fight 5 GRC... why Jalan Besak or Nee Soon and if the team there can be mobilised to fortify MP and EC....

If WP did not insist in contesting MP, YJJ can help to fortify EC.


The same reason of PAP fall in 2011 is the same reason why WP fall in 2015. Both think too highly of themselves.

I view it as PAP expected to lose aljunied and didn't want to lose another important minister.

I think what TS meant was LHL capitalised on LKY death.

Ppl were just swept up with national pride (which is good but will it last) and emotion....and assumed the weighty policy issues would be solved.
