Hi everyone, long story short, I would like to get a wheel alignment done on my car. The specs of my vehicle require very specific steps, additional calibration and dealer-level tools for a true & proper wheel alignment. No external workshop I know of can perform the procedures as per factory requirements.

I don't mind paying the premium to get it done at a dealer, provided that they can do it by the book and don't cut corners. So between these two official dealers, which one would you prefer or trust for an uncommon and somewhat tedious job? Any input is appreciated.

Suggest to go back PML for servicing.

Unless for some reason you do not trust ur car servicing to be done at PML, Eurokars will likely levy a huge adoption fee for a vehicle that was not purchased from them.

not sure if there's any adoption fees from EuroKars, but I would not go PML to do any works totally.

Assuming the car is BMW, since you mentioned PML and EuroKar.

Dont recall newer E, F and G models has adjustable suspension parts (not only the dampers) that requires niche setup unless the car is installed with aftermarket adjustable control arms or the car is BMW motorsports and etc.

If you are not going for track, most wheel alignment workshop should be able to adjust. If the car is installed with eccentric lock out kit then might want to ask the workshop whether they know how to adjust rear camber with rear upper control arms.

If you are using the car for track day, do need to find track specialise workshop to adjust.

That saying, there is no harm asking PML, maybe can ask them for alignment report after they are done aligning.

Appreciate all the inputs so far. Yes the car is a BMW with rear wheel steering & ACC, these two go hand in hand and must be calibrated together (according to BMW at least), thus making it a difficult job.

The rear wheel steering by right must be "unlocked" using a diagnostic tool before alignment to avoid damaging the rear steering rack, but no external alignment workshop I have spoken to bothers with this step.

Third-party workshops that can perform ACC/ADAS calibration are not confident that they can calibrate my older style ACC. Anyway, I have decided to go to PML for this particular servicing . My go-to workshop also suggests going back to PML, since they are likely to have proper tools and perhaps knowledge for older models as compared to Eurokars.

Yea. find it strange you even have doubts that dealer themselves can do it
