That unit is classified as RED Zone if I am not wrong. Therefore, no camera devices are allowed.

And yes, a stay-out unit.

By the way, western countries addresses people who are senior than them as "sir".

But if im not wrong it is just behind the admin building leh. and that part is green zone.
