Camera does not appear to have OIS. Correct me if I am wrong.
Early bird price is reasonable.
Normal price is somewhat high considering its almost at flagship price with flagship omissions (OIS, wireless charging).

Personally I am on iPhone 12 atm.
I know how to use both OS.

The phone seems to be gamer oriented with all the pop up buttons and speakers etc. Camera is kind of disappointing to me without OIS with it's price tags.

8 Gen 1 is quite hot, hopefully it doesn't throttle as much.
8 gen 1 is made by Samsung. Their chipmaking tech isnt as good as TSMC for some reason.

Might want to wait for 8 gen 1+ phones. These chips will be made by TSMC which will likely be cooler and more efficient.

If not, buy a dimensity 9000 phone with similar performance (chip is made by TSMC).

Might as well buy f3. Since nowadays games requirement doesn’t require such a high end phone anymore.

The cyberengine vibration motor looks interesting, said to be the largest motor in an Android phone.

I am using Pocophone F1 but the battery starting drain fast, Is it worth to change to this F4 GT? the price a bit over my expectation, I was considering Black shark 4 or 4 pro before saw poco f4 GT any suggestion?
saw some reviews Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 will cause the phone rolling hot, really?

I think it's a good upgrade from F1, but yeah SD 8 Gen1 phones will get toasty sometimes, I don't game on my realme GT2 Pro but under some usage scenarios it can get pretty warm.

How's the comparison between the Realme GT 2 Pro?

I am thinking of getting either one of these phone.

For a little more, Realme GT 2 Pro has better display, camera and 1 more year of warranty.

But then Poco F4 GT offers better vibration haptics, cooling, gaming button and faster charging.

I don't really play games. Just tempted on the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Currently I am using Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro.

Really a tough choice.

Dont bother. Day to day usage F3's SD870 is more than capable.... even your x3 pro's SD860 is more than enough.

I personally dont see it worthed the extra $300+ (from F3 256gb $320-350) for trigger buttons, faster charging, 4 speakers and SD8g1.
Foresee it to be of poor sales since this F4 GT is mainly geared just for gamer, a niche market.
Wait for F4 variant of K50 pro / pro+ if one fancy OIS cam or slight upgrades from F3

Yah agree the x3 pro is still holding out pretty well for my usage, mainly using it to game and scroll social media it still runs pretty smoothly. Just that seeing all these new launches makes me itch
