I wonder if they really replace motherboard or flash some ROM. I received it back within 4 hours on a Saturday which is a little surprisingly fast if it's changing of motherboard
I was skeptical too as the WhatsApp notice to collect was also received about a few hours later. Indeed they did do the motherboard replacement as the 2 Sim slots IMEI nos. are different now. So it seems I was wrong, the problem lies with hardware not software. Nevertheless, only the Service Centre can solve it.
