I would expect it just to be an overclocked version of normal G99, which was used on M5, which is not a fast phone, just decent for daily usage at 90Hz refresh rate.

seems like m series this time round seems quite a lot of upgrades.

This one abit cannot sia. Very similar everything compared to Base Redmi Note 13 with minor trade-offs releasing in 4 days, should be same price point too.

Notably only has faster charging. Isn't the point of Poco should be better processor and this M6 Pro 4G G99 lose vs RN13 D6080. Maybe if it had it's cousin's M6 Pro 5G Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 then might be worth something. ATM looks like the weird neglected middle child

FYI, there are other models with g99 that is cheaper, unfortunately poco is no longer always cheapest

The Samsung a15 @ $178 is 4/128 config. A15 smaller screen, lower refresh rate, tortoise slow 25w charging, but most of all the design is dog sheet ugly.

Do you guys think M6 Pro 12GB 512GB is still inferior to X3 Pro 8GB 256GB?
I am currently using the latter as main phone now, wondering if M6 Pro 12GB 512GB will be considered upgrade? I am not really into cam and resolution. I be more concerned if the overall processing speed when I play simple games like monster hunter, use social media, WhatsApp, check emails. I would say my usage is not heavy on processing?

I took the plunge and finally got it last week at 194 (8/256) via Lazada.
Couldn't resist the discount.
Received yesterday evening and it was well packaged. Box was not dented.

Kudos to the abang who deliver the box. I actually opted for "leave at doorstep" because Im not sure whether I can reach home in time.
Just very nice I reach home slight early and there was a knock on the door.
Think he knew it was phone, so he prefer to knock on the door to deliver personally, rather than leave at the doorstep.
