Thanks. Just placed an order too! I actually placed an order with "Poco official store" midnight just now and realised this morning that it's a totally new store with 0 reviews. Immediately cancelled it and replaced my order with "Poco official global store"

Actually that "Poco Official Store" in Shopee is legitimate, it should replace "Poco Official Global Store" soon.

They have already done that in Lazada. Lazada "Poco Official Global Store" was closed on 23 Nay 2025 and replaced by "Poco Official Store".

Not really an expert on mobile phones but I have good experiences with Poco phones.

I do not buy flagship Android phones and set my budget for Android phones at around S$300 to S$400. Poco X series seems to be a good match for my use cases (no gaming, no need very good camera).

Poco X4 GT 8GB/256GB and now Poco X7 Pro 12GB/512GB for myself.

Poco X6 Pro 8GB/256GB for my daughter.

Poco X6 Pro 12GB/512GB for my wife as her secondary phone (her main phone is iPhone 14 512GB).

FYI as well. The security upate support of the new poco phones will be good enough (3.5 to 4 years, except Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra which will be 6 years), as the users will typically use it for two to three years.

EOL list: year 2022 Poco phones will all get obsolete by end of this month.

Possibly still a better buy than Poco F7, which is the most recent release. F7 has a better chipset, same set of cameras with a slightly better wide angle, UFS4.1 (as compared to UFS4.0) and metal frame (as opposed to plastic) at $495.
