Probably the last sale of the X7 series: $322 for the 12/512 model
picked up a regular X7 for the ESIM + 5G features to use as disposable phone for travels (e.g. to US) $205 for 8/256 model. Didn't see any major brand new 5g ESIM phone at this price.

Installed hyperos 3.07. but nothing fanciful.
Indeed best value local set eSim 5G phone, Sharp Wish 4 and 5 are cheapest but pale in specs.Probably the last sale of the X7 series: $322 for the 12/512 model

Personally I do not see the needs to rush for the HyperOS 3 upgrade. I will just wait for the updates to appear in the system.

Yes, previously service centre advised to change to New Zealand/Malaysia/Taiwan to check if updates come.
But also need to note the additional Alphabets behind your model as that determines the batch for updates to be received.

Unfortunatley, POCO only can base off reviews online as their retail presence and sale channel are strictly online only.

Didn't check if there's another update as threw the phone into luggage to catch a flight.
While my 15U still stuck on 206 Oct updated

X7 received the HyperOS 3 update on Singapore region, while the rest all had to switch to Taiwan region to receive updates.Brand new X7 (non pro) got the update too but 306.

Seems like Taiwan gets them first compared to Malaysia/Singapore etc.

Oh yes, if talking about ah beng shops then yes, there's some that do carry and take in. But their prices cmi.
If officially, then no demo sets though.
