A couple of us managed to purchase it at about $250 range.

Well, for me, using the 6gb version, can be a little sluggish at times... I Youtube (like hell), WhatsApp and COD, still have so much batt left.

that is what they claimed bro. safest is get from xiaomi official store. they can say got warranty, but if got issue u bring down service center, and u cant claim i encounter before la but i hope this isnt the case for u

Global version and local warranty are 2 different thing. Global version means global rom but does not mean u have local warranty. No pun intended, but i highly doubt it has local warranty, and i will not pull the trigger to buy it

Dude, this one is export set and for sure user will give positive feedback if the device has no issue. You never what behind the scene if one face an issue, it doesn't reflect on the listing. I'm sure, the seller will push anything as "local set" to sell off easily.

Lastly, have you bring this to service centre at Funan to verify as local set with proof? if yes, then you win.

seller always claims "local" warranty. u call xiaomi and ask probably 50/50. last time i heard some of the malaysia export sets were provided warranty in sg.

I had checked with Qoo10 support and Seller : Both of them confirmed its Local Singapore Warranty. So hope this is true.
