Kenko, Hoya are all pretty good. I use a Hoya circular polariser, but for NDs I use this China brand called Haida. I think they also make circular polarisers. Should be quite value for money if the quality is as good as their ND filters!

Hoya is a good amd cheap brand. Can't go wrong with them really.

think 3 stops and below still ok.
I havent try AF from 6 stops onwards. usually do MF
