Ya, i told them i am interested. Heard got free stuffs, maybe vouchers, rebates or points.

But the policypal points quite useless now, i do not have car or pets. No point buy annual travel insurance also.

Use to redeem a few sets of surgical mask.

i saw can redeem mask, grabfood voucher and toilet rolls LOL, i guess that's useful. btw do you know if the points will expire? if not I'll just keep it to buy travel insurance next time.

Yes, after one year will expired.

Mine in June, so I guess I won't have chance to travel. So anyhow spend the points away.

i think the 2.1% is 3 years endowment. i bought the 1.8% cause got flexible withdrawal after 90 days. so it's up to you and your cash flow. if you think you won't need the money soon, can get the 2.1% since the interest rate is higher. anyway buy from policypal better cause can get the rebates! sometimes they also got promo for new products.
Did you checkout Singlife account? Giving 2.5% for 1st $10k, more flexibility than etiqa 1.8%, can withdraw and deposit anytime like savings account

yeah i saw, it's a good plan! but only for first 10k. I'm looking to invest more, so maybe need a plan with guaranteed interest for higher amounts, maybe 50k.

Hi mosmos & lim.tina,

Care to share your experience with Elastiq so far?

What is the current crediting rate for top ups?

Is withdrawal after 90 days instant?

Thanks :)

hi luvpraline, it was a very simple application process online. it's 1.8% per annum for the first 3 years! for top ups, according to the product summary, the crediting rate will be determined by etiqa based on prevailing market condition. i would personally recommend you to just put in a single premium and earn the 1.8% guaranteed interest.

I'm not sure if the 90 days withdrawal instant or not, i haven't reached the 90 days yet and am planning to keep it for 3 years unless i need the money. i think need to contact etiqa to withdraw the amount. but you can probably just reach out to policypal and ask them to settle the withdrawal for us.

btw got loyalty bonus after the 3 years

Thanks for sharing. According to etiqa, you can check the crediting rate for top ups on the TiqConnect portal before doing a top up. Are you able to see the crediting rate now?
