Yeah , haswell is kinda slow for this era
Ordered 5900X on Amazon. No news of arrival though.
Not rich, just willing to spend on things that I will enjoy/utilise once I've budgeted for it. Upgrading from a 6700K after realising that it's inadequate when trying to Shadowplay footage while gaming.

Actually I think a better computer is a very justified purchase.. sometimes go out, easily can spend 100 over on meals or drinks with friends over couple of hours.. a few times a month already cost a fair bit.
However spend a few hundred dollars get a better computer, especially during covid almost everyday at home and even do work on it got ROI. If the computer save you few minutes of your time a day by being faster or allow you to multitask better, and you use it for 1-2 years daily you kinda cannot use 'money' to justify the time that you earn back which is invaluable.

wow so many 5900x. Feel like asking those users, how much income annually. covid19 strikes yet many still got spending power. Haha.
