Because that is the nature of the CCA. Nobody points a gun for the kid to be enrolled in that CCA.

Nature of cca...so that means the student ownself love to be mistreated is that it? Or,like me,parents ok with kid being treated as such so it's ok? Discipline not based on who good,bad or deserve it,just based on luck n imposed choices? I see a fundamental flaw in such practices.

There are so many ways other than using a gun to intimidate.

Don't worry I have done so. I have hounded my parents on it too. Not like I didn't approach those responsible. But I'm free to make my own stand n reinforce on it,n raise awareness
