what is the deal about?

I can't understand

took me a while too.

It's buying PAI and that includes the 6 properties under it, some freehold.
Funding of acqusition is by receivables from PAI and additional shares(4.4x more shares) at 33% premium paid by it's parent company, Pollux holdings.

Post acquisition, alot of figures changed.

Basically, an unfair deal to current shareholders.
