Thinking of getting myself some new polo tees this coming CNY. What brands are good (less the expensive brands like RL etc.)?

guys, anyone shop in gmarket for branded polos . they had the original price of more then a $100 and slash it down to $20 ++

common sense would say there is no such thing. but i just want to know if it is chiong goods or those "flaw" polo up for cheap sales.

anyone knows how to spot a fake AnF polo? i used this guide and i met up with a seller today:
(A Quick Guide to Spotting) Fake Abercrombie and Fitch… : MoHoyt.com

firstly, the tag of the abercrombie had the wordings made in china, whereas from the picture, the real one seems to have the made in #@%@% tag below the abercrombie tag.

Secondly, there were only one additional button on the inside of the polo as shown as a fake on the webby.

Does anyone has a real polo but has one button on the underneath of the polo?

quality wise, ck is ok...quite good but is way over priced. but imo ax is a no no, only their outer wear, jackets ok only.

ie: a 5 carat diamond is not the price of five 1 carat diamonds because it is more difficult to obtain 1 big one than 5 small ones. the scaling is hence disproportionate. As to the second point, i can guarantee you that a pair of $600 brogues from Church's will last easily 20 times longer than Charles and Keith shoes. The latter lasts on avg 3-6 months but with proper care Church's shoes can survive for 5-10 years.

Sorry even though this thread is old, I can't help but add my 2 cents worth

You are half right bro Altarias.

A 5 carat diamond is worth more then a 1 carat diamond due to "scarcity". Not natural scarcity, but artificial scarcity - the kind that the diamond cartels create themselves.

Speak to any geologist knowledgeable about diamonds and they will tell you diamonds are not as scarce as these cartels would have us believe.

Diamonds are in fact, PLENTIFUL and can be found easily in the earth's crust. They are also not that expensive to mine.

SO the only reason why diamonds cost so much is due to the fact the quantity is heavily controlled by the diamond cartels behind them.

Hope you don't take offence at me telling the truth as it is :)

However, fabrics are another matter altogether.
