Poly halfway dropout

Asking behalf of a friend who dropped out from poly year 1 in January. Now he got ns letter to go to Tekong in October. Is he leadership or mono intake batch? He didn't complete his diploma so I assume it's mono intake. He got Spf letter the year before after he completed his nitec in ite. No idea why the second time he kana army at Tekong. Anyone got info on this?

Lol no diploma or a lvl cert of course mono. Still dreaming about going ocs or scs?

cause last time they need him in SPF, now they need him in SAF lor.
