3 months ago, the bill was around $90 for 3 months medication. This time for 6 months medication billed around $300. At most should be $200. Go where to dispute bill? Anyone do before? This pay later thing really give them chance to anyhow bill.

Just phone them , I got my Polyclinic bill sorted out in 5 mins.
Admittedly I wasnt checking a bill , bit was just sorting out when to pay.

I've been billed erroneously before. By hospital. All if took to rectify it was a phone call

i think at pharmacy , there is a counter for payment.
Try ask the staff there.

There is a billing counter in each polyclinic. Go there and ask them to explain the bill to you. If u do not know where that is, ask the reception /registration staff.

Once I was charged for both care manager and doctor consultation. I called hotline to dispute. I was told the polyclinic would contact me directly. The overcharge was credited and offsetted on my next polyclinic visit billing.

U can always ask the staff to cancel the appointment for care consultant if u do not need their so call advice/consueling.

I find it a waste of time. Might as well see doctor straight away.
