Poor service from HWZ contests

Won the Transcendence movie premier tickets but received the PM only on the day itself (16-Apr). There was no SMS or call even though our mobile is already in the profile.

Please do not expect us to be checking our PM daily especially during office hours!

I think hor, the Do Not Call law got say a company can still call or SMS if u already have business dealing with the customers, up to a certain reasonable extend.
It got reported in the news.

Since Davis entered the contest conducted by your company, chiu have no excuse to say he cannot be contacted via phone.
