portable storage problem

i formatted a portable storage using ps4 a few mths ago.


now i cant use it for PC.


how to format it so that it can be used for PC?

Plugged into any windows machine, it will prompt you that this drive is not formatted, would you like to proceed? click yes.

ps4 formatted drive is not readable in windows. however exfat can be used by windows anf ps4
