Looking around at various banks for portfolio financing solutions currently and would like to know which bank has a good solution for this?

So far heard DBS gives a good rate, I.e. COF + Spread. Wonder how kuch do they other banks give and what range of products can they finance and at what percentage. Want to also know do they work e.g. if market value falls and a margin call happens.

Thanks for sharing, hope to learn more before taking any position.

The ones that I currently know:
SCB interest 2.18%
takes blue chip stocks and probably only high quality bonds
70% loan value on blue chip stock, and the maximum loan amount is locked in at application of facility.

interactive broker sibor+0.5-1.5%

OCBC COF+0.5%
takes high quality bonds only. does not take stock because it would be competing with OCBC securities. OCBC securities interest rate should be 4+%

Singapore local share broker 4+%
