Porting from Singtel to M1

Hi, just a question am i able to port over my main line from Singtel that includes 2 mobile share number over to M1? a total of 3 lines? The plan that M1 offers for CIS is so much better then Singtel. i am like paying 48 bucks for 7gb of data(Data add on) as compared to 3gb similar CIS plan from Singtel.

Port out main line with child in it is going to be tricky, I can't think of any except swapping main and supp line which incur cost and also child line contract.

call m1 1622 and ask, this is as easy as abc base on what u need since there is no contract.

call m1 1622 and ask, this is as easy as abc base on what u need since there is no contract.

That's some CSO with bad knowledge. My Lite+ base plan is shared with two SurfShare lines. Plus it is still listed on M1's website.

any reason m1 give u for sup line need 3 mth before can port out?
its still consider postpaid number, there is only postpaid and prepaid in porting world, thus sound abit wrong from their end

high turnover job, quite common things they dont touch much upon other than submit request.

I'm on M1 4G almost everywhere I go, other than some areas near the edge of the country (not all) and along some minor stretches of expressways. One major problem is in the NEL, where all the three operators have the same issue. NS/EWL M1 still needs to improve the 4G connectivity, but most of the time it is ok even when in stretches on 3G. So technically difference between M1 and SingTel isn't that much.

Heard from m1 highest is 40, but that should be the less common one

Local data I think Singtel best, follow by m1, cause starhub is too weak

Circle line is so long, what stretch are you referring to?
In my experience of CCL on M1's network:
- CE1 Bayfront/ CE2 Marina Bay stretch don't have much 4G coverage.
- Dhoby Ghaut to Esplanade: Whole stretch have 4G connectivity.
- Paya Lebar to Buona Vista: 4G connectivity is available for most parts of the tunnel, but noticeably less strong along the Bartley - MacPherson stretch (not don't have 4G, but there are times that fall to 0/1 bar, especially near Tai Seng).

- Never test for the other stretches (i.e. Esplanade to Paya Lebar & Buona Vista to HarbourFront).

On M1 I'm getting 30% discount plus 4gb data on their cis plan n it cost only $43 compared to Singtel which offers 20% n only 3gb I'm paying $47. Even if I add on data more from M1 I'm paying like $48 but I get 7gb. I agree cos I used StarHub before their data is very weak. I'm using M1 fibre at home for my internet so far ok. Local data on mobile wise not very sure about M1 but I feel Singtel and M1 r on par. I don't always get good connectivity from Singtel too it depends.
