Is there any regular DBS branch where you cannot get services for POSB accounts, and vice versa? There are still some people who aren’t aware it’s one bank. Those that are aware can go to a less crowded cross-brand branch, if there is one and if they actually need to go to a branch. There are also video tellers who can do things like issue debit cards.

U can withdraw money from these two bank atm vice versa

Ocbc uob atm is quite alot in sg
Comparable to posb

U can also withdraw cash from 7-11 by buying one small item (up to $100-200)

That is what I always do, transfer to my OCBC account and withdraw.

Or at Dairy Farm affiliated stores (Giant, Cold Storage, Guardian, etc.) with their “cash over” service. At a local Giant supermarket you could even buy one loose green bean and ask the cashier for cash over.

I think cannot. I converted a bank account to joint account. Take quite a long time at the bank.

The atm machine cannot issue you a new passbook right. Not every one know how to operate the machine well anyway.

Singpost Q is as bad. Indirectly, those who draw cash also affect those who really want to do postal services!
