The atm machine cannot issue you a new passbook right. Not every one know how to operate the machine well anyway.

Tbh all these concerns are valid. But it’s very current.

Society will progress whether you like it or not.

It’s not about not doing anything and remain status quo. But to provide assistance to these group of people to bridge the digital divide. How it’s done is debatable. But eventually this group of people willl eventually become smaller and smaller as they die out or they eventually learn how to use through practise.

Actually why OP specifically need POSB? DBS can? There are less crowded DBS branches.

If not, can SMS Q to get a queue number beforehand so you don't spend too much time queuing at the branch.
