you apply card under your name mah, the card you want to link to which account is up to you to link/unlink in the app, you can just link your existing to the new spending account and leave main free , just transfer to spend account

Use a “top up” kind of CC like grabpay or smth… so ur bank funds can’t be linked and touched

Can always go back to your bank and ask for a plain vanilla ATM card.

A lot of banks issued Debit/ATM cards, as a sneaky way to charge annual servicing charges for it.
