"DBS says they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve issue."

Gave her a piece of my mind for not making a public announcement on website and save everybody's time for trying to figure why token not working.

She reply "We understand your frustration and will send your feedback to our company."

All copy and paste reply. Maybe it was a chatbot to being with. :s13:

DBS has posted a notice to their "Self Service Support" page and to their Login page describing the digital token outage. They recommend deleting and reinstalling the DBS/POSB digibanking app as a possible workaround.

Delete app and reinstall worked for me. Need to re-enable one touch login after that.
I using iPhone on with iOS12

Fallback to sms and physical token lol

Just curious but what if the physical token battery has died. Is it good to ask for a replacement of the physical device in case of any future issues with the digital token?

Would applying for a replacement physical token automatically cancel the digital one?
