The deduction date for G3B is on 15 the of every month instead of 12 the of every month. No updates through website or letter sent. Boohooo!

The danger is that u may withdraw the money thinking that it was deducted and so not be able to participate due to insufficient funds.

Gross!!!

you are right.

When will my account be debited?

For both the ETFs i.e. the Nikko AM Singapore STI ETF or the ABF Singapore Bond Index Fund, the monthly debiting from your savings/current account will be on the 15th of every month (or the next business day if the 15th is a non-business day).

Please note that the respective debiting date is subject to change.

In addition to the boohoo regarding change in debit date without prior notification.

Here is another boohoo.

The units still are not credited as of today .3 working days or 5 calendar days already . Previously it was faster.

Damn boohoo !!!!!

Experience...I don't miss these things.

Anyway it's credited and now it has a better interface as it shows average price paid.

Anyone else sales charge reduced to 0.82%?

No one has the same experience?

I checked with POSB, they said there is ongoing promotion of 0.82% sales charge. And they admitted some mistake with my units calculation. As a result, they give me an additional unit for June 2017. However the refund after buying has yet to be returned back to my account...
