hi sinmarket, may i know why does my screen freezes the moment i turn on recording mode? i cant even switch it off. after doing a hard reset, the video file is stationary..

could you tell me the model you are using and memory card brand and model?

W11 waterproof plastic casing

Hi guys at POSH cameras,

I have my jet s replaced with W11 which prove to be much more stable although have some minor problem with the battery door (hard to remove) and memory card slot (the prev w11 has to be replace cos there was a piece that looks like double sided tape that came off near memory card slot thus blocking the insertion and removal of mem card).

I somehow broke one of the piece of the lock that hold the waterproof casing together (the black color, left side) and so now locking is not tight and may open without warning. Not sure why this piece break quite easily when I do not use the camera that often.

I am looking for a replacement casing for w11. Do u guys sell it somewhere ? I saw a casing at challenger store for their valore camera I think and it seems to be similar in design, with 2 buttons at the side, 1 button in front and lens placement. I am thinking of trying that out with w11 camera if the staff allow, else I have to check sinmarket.

Do let me know cos although I am able to mount the camera without the waterproof casing, I wont be able to use it underwater I am going to bring it along for some action in Bali this coming November and it would be great if I can get a replacement before then.

video is good as it is 1080HD but less jerky as it is 60FPS.
Since the drone is always vibrating and moving we need 60fps
