suspect your power supply is faulty, no enough 12V to power motherboard

the 12v seems too low, cosair 650W psu is more than sufficient to run 2x GTX760.

It also straight away crash when i start FurMark testing. Should i get a new psu or i should RMA for my psu? :s11: Thanks for the reply~

The PC would not be able to boot if +12v is really only ~9V. motherboard sensor using software reading is never accurate, get a multimeter to check the +12V rail. or you'll be wasting your time if the rails reading are normal at distro service center. just get a cheap multimeter to check, you can spend $10+ or up to $100+, generally the cheap one will do for DC voltage.
