Possible faulty RAM or CPU

So I built my computer not long ago (a few months back), and I've overclocked since day 1 and the computer had been working fine until now.

I'm beginning to get random app crashes and BSOD, randomly throughout the day, skype, LoL, audio driver and google chrome will crash, sometimes with error, sometimes without. I will also get random BSOD for "MEMORY-MANAGEMENT".

I have an 3570k and corsair vengeance. Sounds like a faulty RAM or CPU right?

Anyone got any idea? Tried memtest, inconsistent results, sometimes I get an all-clear while other times I get thousands of errors.

High chance is faulty ram.

problem is, all this happens randomly, so I can't possibly test each piece of RAM with definite result to know whether it's a RAM problem and if it is, which one is it.

If you are using 2 rams which are in pair and if any one of them is faulty, you may have to send both for rma. Did you test 1 ram at a time using memtest?

Sounds like a ram issues. I suggest u go buy some cheap ram at SLS and replace to see if the problem persist.

reset your settings to default and test.

already reset bios including overclock. still having random crashes and BSOD, especially when i'm in game.

dont buy any new ram its just a waste of money why buy new ones unless u r sure they are faulty
do a memtest see if the rams are bad. den go RMA.

can do memtest one stick at a time de? let it test for 3-4 passes?

Random crashes could mean overheating. Check all your fans are working normally, clean up heat sinks and do a general dust cleaning.

Because of the frequent crashes, also do a check disk to clear out and repair corrupted system files.
