Possible PSU faulty? Need advice.

Just a quick question for PC diagnosis. I'm not too good at this.

Today while using my PC (just done playing game then started watching YouTube) my PC froze (screen completely not moving with buzzing sound from speakers). I forced restart my PC via power switch but the PC will not turn on. Mobo, GPU, Fans all light up and turns but no signal to screen, keyboard or mouse. HDD seems like not working too, very little sound compared to usual. After unplugging and re-plugging in multiple parts it still acts the same until when I reinserted the Rams, the PC suddenly cannot be turned on at all. No lights, fans don't turn but there is power indicator light on the Mobo. After maybe around 5~10 min when I tried again, the PC turned on completely and can be used normally.

So my question is, is this due my PSU probably dying? My PC froze once a couple of weeks before, but forced restart had no issues.

List out specs. Are you using psu cable extensions?

I have a similar setup except my cpu 2600 and use onboard graphic. I experience similar blue screen problem and count down a couple of weeks ago. So far, it's running OK. I suspect it's Windows update issue.

Sound exactly like my old PC.
Mine was ram issue. You can try cleaning the ram contact and insert just one stick of ram to try.

If you got budget time for overhaul.
This PC at the most only support Windows 7 and I still
have one similar indicated on my sig ->

Try clean the RAM as well as any dust inside the system and try.
FYI Windows 7 still can run Intel 2nd rig run Windows 7
would be faster than Windows 10.

Just that Windows 7 no more update but most apps still are supported.
