Yeah. Owing jets is one thing. It's another thing to maintain high mission availability of jets. let them buy more rafale jets and let them overextend themselves in supporting so many types of jets. Sooner or later, they won't even have a proper airforce.

yup. that would likely be their next gen after F-16 reached EOL. but now there seems to be some funding issues with SK.

I think Indo cannot be underestimated lah. The change is subtle, but they have been slowly positioning themselves as up and coming power in SEA for the past few years. You can tell from how they deal with SG, China and even the US, their diplomatic stances is maturing. Their internal governance issues aside (even this is being slowly reformed albeit a snail pace), in terms of resources and location, their growth potential is many times that of any other countries in ASEAN.
