I read that the indo haven't paid in full for their share of the JV yet...

indo's recent shopping spree is always send false signal one .... talk until confirmed suddenly can back out weeks later when the tech-transfer part of the deal not to satisfaction ......

so far i remember a few cases in their past 24 months

2021 september c-130 , indo defence minister in usa factory announced buying 5 more , november say buy airbus a400m .... only 2 months flip liao

all these cases u google with keyword can find the news date .... they no cash money only buy with loan and each billion+ project need approval ... can wayang no approval then scrap the completed negotiations with amdk

really rojak sia, plus they already ordered a bunch of Turkish and South Korean jets, and have existing Sukhois

ID will be the perfect training partner for any country looking to use specific nations' planes as their OPFOR
