Black sling bag not required, we only use it in Tekong. Clear water bottle as well, but i'm bringing for personal usage in bunk.

Better to being that bottle cause If go for cct and water parade which will happen every night, it's better to have a clear bottle.

I didn't know 41 sar was this strict, thought unit life will be better than tekong. Over here cannot have chargers and the only snacks we can bring in are plain flavored ones.
If this is going to be the way for the next two years, it's really depressing.

GBAD troops don't stay in AFTC for course. unsure about GBAD OCTs though.

i believe the oct and sct will stay in at aftc for a period of time.

Yup, only my second day here, will be receiving the beret in December. How much better will life get? Our CSM did say that there will be more nights out and privileges but he didn't really state what.

get your beret first then you will see some privileges.

commander following will depends on coy/pltn, earliest can be after trade course or after rotation 1 or maybe 6 months later when the 1st batch of LCP gets promoted.

Haha to be honest I rather have things to do and be tired than to just idle there and wait for the next timing. At least time will fly faster when you're busy.

Won't have the chance for now haha, drivers are moving to Sungei Gedong this coming Monday for 2 months. Kranji camp is already far enough for me because I stay in Tampines, now I have to report to Sungei Gedong for 2 months.

Haha I guess it's a bit better than being a trooper. What weapon will you be using? And yeah, life at 41 SAR is quite restricted, not to mention the standard 8pm book in/book out timing for Falcon, I don't mind going back to Tekong haha.
I just hope it will get better, at least next week onwards we get to bring in chargers and civilian bags.
