got but after first- day review, he said really healing super well.

he just told me to go easy and make sure tennis ball don't hit my eye .

it's a life-changing op man!

Heard from a colleague he can never go back to his strongman program as there is a risk of the len shift out of position due to the pressure

He was ban from gym, working out and had to use 5 different eyes drop due to his genetic eye illness

frankly don't think it's true - the surgeon can't be talking rubbish.

the only real medical no-no is NO swimming as bacteria can get into the cut. other precautions are a good to have.
