post counts decrease

i have experienced a decrease of post counts 100 and more today just over a 2hr period which i am offline..

last week also about 20..

can i find out what happened? can admin sexprain?

anyone else experienced this?

You might have posted in a few threads that might have been deleted, thus the loss of the posts. That is the most likely reason.

i thought deletion of threads does not affect post count?

but a drop of more den 100 is quite

Yes, the deletion shouldn't affect your posts. But it may if older threads are removed due to age. Deletion of your posts will affect the count as well, of course.

Other than that, there's no other way for your count to decrease.

We have investigated this issue and can affirm that the pruning of older threads (some of these contain many of your posts) will directly affect your post count.
