You need to use a launcher that allows that. ADW Ex does.

erm i enabled overlapping widgets, but when i open the widget, they say not enough space

Put the widget on the screen in available space first, then long press on the widget and edit it.

Damn I am waiting for the SGS2. First ever android phone for me. Seeing all these screens made me drool and I am so damn bored of my fruit phone interface.

Is it easy to create such themes? Any step by step guide?

You simply set your own wallpaper, and use custom icons and widgets. Usually, you need a custom home launcher for icons, but the default launchers tend to have more features.

Hmm...I'm not so sure about default launchers having more features.

More prettiness maybe, but features don't seem to come in quantity in default launchers.
