Menu > Settings > Look & Feel > check Alternative Wallpaper > Select Wallpaper

anyway how did you make that black translucent bar at the bottom of every icon and also, how did u shift the words from left, centre and right? is that a feature in desktop visualizer? when i tried mine, it only appeared this ugly centered oval black translucent thing with the words in it...

You need do the labelling in image editors like Gimp or Photoshop.
Black translucent layer over the image with white wordings.

Do not use the built in naming function in DVR if you want the labelling style as show in screenshot.

Yes, the entire icon is done in Photoshop. Cleared the label in DVR cause its fugly

yeah... agreed hahaha... anw, how about the resolution of the icons? need to edit or not? like different widget sizes need to crop the original image or not?

Just read the link I posted, all the information you need ( whether to create from scratch or use existing images created by other users ) are all in that thread.

Yes it's all there in the link posted by xonix But if you're using qHD phones like I am (HTC Sensation), then the icons probably will not fit That's why I decided to make my own

yeah the link is very very useful... ok tried the whole day and came up with this... not as nice as yours la but this is my first try... do give some tips on where i can improve =D

wad calendar are you using ar? i want a compact one like yrs.

Last screen is a default calendar, still looking for a nice calendar

Most of the icon are not done by me, got them from online, coz just started, when i have the time i will change to my own pic.
