But damn troublesome to add apps to folders in drawer.....:(
It shouldn't be too troublesome. Once you have your app drawer folders set up in Nova Launcher Prime:

1. Long tap on the app icon in the app drawer;
2. Drag to the item called "Group" that appears at the top;
3. Tick the Group or Folder that you want the app to appear in and you're done.

Of course if you have multiple apps to add, you can go to the app drawer section of Nova settings and tick all the apps you want to appear in each Group or Folder.

What I like about Nova Launcher Prime is that the app drawer supports both folders as well as "Groups" for your apps. These Groups appear as tabs in your app drawer that you can swipe to go from tab to tab. You can have multiple folders within each Group (Tab) if you wish. Makes for a very sophisticated and organised app drawer :D

Still not as convenient as Go Launcher's drag and drop into folder direct. :D

Just got my Xperia S, but going to return to Service Centre. Seems like there's a problem with my set. But here's some screenies in the meantime.

It could be those tiles/icons are part of the wallpaper itself.. So just use transparent icons with desktop visualizer to set the shortcut or app to launch.

IRRC...it has to do with size (pixels) of the images you use for the icons (in DVR)

If the resolution between 2 phones are close enough (480*854 vs 480*800 ) then the differences in gap are minimal.
