can share the lotong recipe? and do you know how to make soto ayam soup?

i am using those instant lotong paste for cooking the lotong soup... as it is easier and faster and it is equally nice...

but usually i will put more than what the instruction given... for eg. i will use 2 packets for serving of 6 persons although the packet said serving for 4 persons for each packet... cos i want to have a thicker and more fragrant soup...

for soto ayam soup... i never tried before... maybe if u r able to get the recipe, can share with me here... thanks...

if you find cooking curry chicken from scratch, use the prima taste curry chicken, quite good imo.

But the mee rebus really looks good. Salivating now.

looks good. mild spicy ?

Yes.. mild spicy... with thick curry flavour...

the mee rebus looks delicious! look like what we usually bought, some more with prawns!! where did you get the green big sliced chilli ?
and... can teach?

all the ingredients are fresh made and the green chilli also fresh chilli self cut them... i bought the instant mixture from supermarket and use prawn stock to cook the gravy soup and add some minced bean paste to enhance the fragrance..

i love curry chicken but i see last time my mother used to cook like very troublesome. what is your recipe?

i use the normal curry powder and grinded some nutmegs, onion, garlic, lemongrass and coconut milk...

if you find cooking curry chicken from scratch, use the prima taste curry chicken, quite good imo.

But the mee rebus really looks good. Salivating now.

yes... you may use the prima taste curry chicken mixture to start off first... it will also be a good try from scratch...
