A set of 8 if my memory serves me well.

Personally I would only use them on my speaker setup.

They work very well against unwanted resonans, under proper and correct usage, they are an affordable tweak for any speaker setup environment.

i stick 3 to my father's hi-fi system
they do more wonders for hi-fi systems

for my own rig, the difference is very subtle
but i have yet to try more locations for my portable
