Frankly speaking, the touch pad is too sensitive and firmware is laggy to respond to the selections. I prefer the old fuze controls, though even that wheel sucks too. Sound quality has subtle improvements on the sound stage. My recommendations will be to stick with the old fuze. Not worth upgrading.

yup, if you used it long enough, the wheel will trap dust underneath and eventually becomes less sensitive - you will have to turn more to scroll.

My Fuze v2 quite new, shouldn't tio that any time soon but if spoil I still can use my Clip+.
