Hi, i recently purchased an Aura Studio 2 speaker for my com, but it comes with Type C plug (2 round inserts).

Was wondering if it would affect the power brick or speaker if i changed it to a Type G plug, or is there anything i have to look out for when purchasing it.

Thanks!

Specifications :

-Power Supply: 19VDC, 3A
-Power Consumption: 57W maximum,<0.5W eco-standby mode

Nothing will happen. I assume you already have experience with changing plug heads.

The people in charge of electrical codes will complain that you can't use an earthed plug with a 2-conductor cable yada yada but for nearly all intents and purposes this is perfectly safe.

ok thank you! cause i'm afraid that the different plug head would allow different current of voltage to pass through thus resulting in frying of my power brick or speaker

The plug head is literally equivalent to a piece of wire, it just conducts electricity from the outlet.

The one regulating the voltage and current is the power brick which converts the supplied power to a suitable level for the equipment, so power brick from a different product may not be compatible with another.
