Power supply question for US usage

Hi, I got my desktop in Singapore few years ago with these specs:

i7-3770
Gigabyte H77m-D3H
32GB Ram
1 SSD for OS
3 2TB HDDs for storage
FSP Hexa+ 550W 80+

I am going to move to the US and I want to bring just the parts without the case over to the US to save money. The PC is still running fine and dandy but I am wondering if I should just use an adapter or buy a power supply from the US and to power on the PC? Would the difference in voltage matter if I were to use an adapter? If I were to get a power supply when I am there is there a switch on the mobo to change to allow the use of a different power supply and voltage or something like that?

If your PSU input is auto voltage, 100-260v, just need an adapter.

Check your PSU specs/label to confirm. With easy access to Amazon & Newegg, I would just get a new one there. How long will you be there? If you're gonna be there for a few years, how are you not seriously tempted to just sell the old rig here and make a new build there, with US warranty coverage? Esp with Black Friday in about a month

Change to a PSU with at least Bronze rating. They require the PSU to be auto-switching to qualify for the efficiency rating.

Thanks guys, I think I will just get a PS there. I run a specific set of software that requires special tweaking and hardware so it's better to stick with the parts until they all die.

80PLUS certified PSU would come with auto voltage capability.
