How about Cooler Master 460W PSU ?

to be honest I only trust power supplies brand like FSP, Seasonic

Superflower, Corsair also good

no motherboard does not limit power supply wattage

it depends on what components you use in your PC

if you use a high end graphics card, you need a bigger power supply (from 500-650W).

from the info you paste, can see that your com is not those high end, so don't require a power supply with big wattage.

Yea, get the brands the guys above mentioned as they are from reputable brands. They maybe more exp than some cheaper brands but a good power supply won't short out your computer components.

Personally I only trust seasonic

I don't trust PSU brands. I only trust specific models made with quality components by certain OEMs with good track records.
