Power supply unit issue

Need expert input. I tested my psu using a tester and realise that "-5v" pin not working (led did not light up)

Can it cause any issue to my CPU? Eg. Auto restart etc?

OK. I would expect it still shows on the meter when i am measuring the voltage. Since it is from the PSU.

Does your PSU come with the -5volts white wire to begin with?

If your PSU doesn't even have the white -5volts rail, what kind of LED indication you expect?

Tried to pinpoint any more issue. Noticed there is not LED on the network port. Most probably gt to get a new psu.
