Cameras are more of a deterrent for Hit and run Just like locks and gates are to deter thieves. The investment is there to protect, not to prevent.

I mean in times of arguments, having a recording is priceless. So I won't be looking for ROI in that sense! I hope never to use the camera recordings!
That's why I said what I said earlier... Because the intention by TS seems to be to want to get something that he can "obtain an ROI" from at the end of the day.

Which is a very wrong way of thinking.

My ROI is in the sense similar to insurance where having it is definitely better than not having it in the event it's needed.

Not sure where the assumption came from, since there is an ROI in fact as with any purchases made.
In this case, the ROI is to have videos available in the event there is a need to, and this is the ROI with anyone that has a car cam, no?
