Powersupply Corsair Static sound

Hello, i just bought corsair cs550m.
And after i build the pc and turn on
there are some hissing sound like (zzzzz) but need to move our head close to hear the sound.
Is it normal or i be better ask for exchange from the shop??
And also when the power plug on but computer doesnt
the sound still like hissing.

That is coil whine. Commonly found in PSU and GPU. It is not a defect, hence the warranty exchange is depending on how bad the coil whine is. It may be irritating. But even changing it may or may not solve the issue either.

It won't harm your PC, but may drive you nut.
